The menu reflects not only my training at Cordon Bleu du Paris as a caterer & chef, it reflects the lessons learned from cherished family members, talented chefs I was honored to have worked with, as well as my passionate home chef friends. As a result, my cuisine is a fusion of creative dishes with American, California & French influences.
