The cuisine reflects not only my training as a Cordon Bleu du Paris Caterer & Chef, but moreover, it reflects the learnings shared with wonderful cooks I have been blessed to know. These include cherished family members, talented chefs I was honored to worked with, as well as my passionate “home-chef” friends.
As a result, our menu is a fusion of cultures with emphasis on American & French cuisine. We will also change with the seasons to offer the freshest cuisine.
Our concept is “slow”- thoughtfully prepared and presented cuisine. As we are committed to our community, it is also sourced in great part from our local farmers & ranchers who have superior products.
